Ferrochrome Lignosulfonate is used as oilfield chemicals
Ferrochrome lignosulfonate(Ferrochrome lignosulphonate) is widely used as fluid loss control agent used in drilling fluids with obvious ability to resist high temperature and salty solution.
Chromium lignosulfonate belongs to the single metal modified lignosulfonate, is the use of sulfite process wood pulp waste liquid or calcium lignosulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate as the main raw material, through oxidation, complexation and a series of reactions. The appearance of the product is brown powder, easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is weakly acidic. Compared with Fe-Cr lignosulfonate, the molecular weight of Cr lignosulfonate is more suitable for viscosity reduction of drilling mud. Chromium lignosulfonate requires low iron content to avoid iron ion pollution to oil Wells.
Chromium lignosulfonate has the effect of reducing water loss and dilution, and the characteristics of salt resistance, high temperature resistance, good compatibility, is a kind of salt resistance, calcium resistance and high temperature resistance strong diluent. The products are widely used in fresh water, sea water, saturated salt water mud, all kinds of calcium treatment mud and ultra-deep well mud, which has the effect of stabilizing well wall and reducing mud viscosity and cutting.
The properties of the mud with chromium lignosulfonate remained unchanged at 150-160 ℃ for 16h. The performance of 2% brine mud is better than that of Fe-Cr lignosulfonate. It has strong anti-electrolyte ability and is suitable for all kinds of mud.
