Magnesium lignosulfonate is an anionic surface active substance, which has the effect of entraining air and reducing water. Its performance indicators are up to the national standard GB8076-1997 "concrete admixture" ordinary water reducing agent requirements. The main functions of the product are: keep the ratio of concrete unchanged, improve the workability of concrete mix. Keep the amount of cement and workability unchanged, improve the strength and durability of concrete. Maintain workability 28d strength of concrete is basically the same, reduce water cement ratio, save cement. The product is suitable for: all kinds of cast-in-place and precast (without steaming process) concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, medium and low strength concrete. Large-scale construction, sliding form construction and daily temperature +5℃ above concrete construction. Bulk concrete, hot weather construction concrete, pumped concrete (especially commercial pumped concrete), concrete with mild retarding requirements. As a general water reducing or retarding components, can be combined with other admixtures to prepare a variety of compound admixtures, such as early strength water reducing agent, pumping agent, retarding water reducing agent, antifreeze, etc. The technical index content is 0.2%-0.3% of cement quality. Water reduction rate >8%. Bleeding rate ratio ≤90%. Gas content ≤3%. Setting time difference -90min to +120min. Concrete compressive strength ratio 3d≥110%,7d≥110%,28d≥105%. Shrinkage ratio 28d≤120%. No corrosion hazard to steel bar. The product is light yellow powder, the dosage is 0.2%-0.3% of the cement mass, and pay attention to the accuracy and uniformity of the dosage. Increasing temperature can increase the dosage appropriately. The product can be used in combination with other admixtures. The use regulations are strictly in accordance with the dosage of the method. This product is tested with cement before practical application.
