Sodium Lignonsulphonate concrete water reducer are mainly for concrete mixture as water-reducing additive. Low dosage, low air content, water reducing rate is high, adapt to most kind of cement. It can be confected as concrete early-age strength enhancer, concrete retarder, antifreeze, pumping aids etc.
When adding 0.25% of the cement in the concrete, the latter will be adsorbed on the surface of the cement particle, forming a film between the cement and water, prevent the condensation between the cement particle, to ensure that the cement particle has a large enough specific surface area.
On the one hand, the concrete has a large liquidity, on the other hand, the cement particle can produce sufficient hydrolysis reaction and hydration reaction. In this way, the strength of 3 days, 7 days and 28 days of concrete can generally be increased by about 10%, saving cement consumption of about 5%, saving water consumption of more than 8% and the concrete has a certain cold resistance, easier to pour and construction.
